EBS wants to help make your wellness planning easier.  Use the flyers below to help plan wellness programs each month.   Each flyer provides your wellness committee with information on the monthly topic, articles that can be sent out to employees, and wellness challenges and activities that can be planned to go with the topic.

Focus on Bad Habits in September or during the months of September and October encourage employees to focus and work on the Finding Balance Workbook provided by Kaiser. Over the next 8 weeks employees will focus on what triggers stress in their life and how they can manage that stress.
