Concerns about AIMS-member schools may be submitted in writing to the Executive Director, at 890 Airport Park Road, Suite 103, Glen Burnie, MD 21061. Letters will not be considered unless sufficiently detailed and must be signed. In considering the merits of a complaint, the Association will consider the credibility of the facts alleged and the relevance to accreditation standards. Any official response by the Association directed to the school will be strictly confidential.
