Walk-in registration is available for the Job Fair.

AIMS hosts Job Fairs each year. The fairs are intended to promote diversity in faculty/staff/administrators in independent schools.  

AIMS represents 123 private elementary and secondary, college preparatory schools, in Maryland and D.C.

About 35% of the AIMS Schools participate in the Job Fairs each year. Current job openings can be found on the AIMS Career Center. Jobs are continually posted to the Career Center, so candidates should refer to this page often both before and after the Job Fairs. Job openings can also be found at the school's website (see links in the list below, indicating those schools participating in the fairs).

Jobs available at AIMS schools include teaching positions at various grade and age levels, administrator/school leadership positions and a wide variety of staff/professional positions.  

Registration and Additional Fair Information

• Interested job candidates can register for the Job Fairs by simply completing the registration form. 
  
  
• Participation in the Job Fairs are FREE, but registration is required.  Please only register if you plan to attend the events and are truly interested in the positions available at the participating schools.
  
  
• If you wish to post a resume, you will need to first take a few minutes to create an AIMS account so that this information can be attached to your file in the AIMS database.   (See directions here.)
  
  
• Schools participating in the fairs may reach out to job candidates prior to the event (but this is solely at the discretion of the school representatives).  Please do not reach out to the schools; they will contact you if they have an opening that matches your qualifications, and they are interested in scheduling an appointment with you during the fairs or after.
  
  
• Representatives from the participating schools will be available to meet with interested job candidates.
