Each month, the AIMS Admission Directors gather for roundtable discussions on timely topics of interest. External speakers are invited to join the monthly program to offer tips and strategies.

"Rethinking the Visit" will be the topic presented by Melissa Providence from the Enrollment Management Association (EMA) during the October meeting.

Based on discussions with admission leaders throughout the spring and summer of 2020, EMA has developed a guide for best practices when planning and conducting virtual meetings.

Participants will leave the program with takeaways they can put to use immediately: 3 examples of templates for virtual events, as well as tips and strategies for effective community engagement in this disrupted admission landscape.
