Leveling the Field (Creating space in the locker room, athletics, PE, and health/wellness programs for students identifying as transgender and/or nonbinary)

The conversation does not begin and end with the locker room yet schools often say they cannot accommodate students identifying as transgender and/or nonbinary because of the athletics, PE, and health programs.

This workshop breaks down myths, focuses on policies, and practices for careful consideration of students identifying as transgender and/or nonbinary in PE, Health/wellness, Athletic programs, curriculum, and locker rooms.

Participants will leave with a deeper understanding of the needs, practical applications, a workbook, and a digital library of resources.

AIMS Members: $50 (through October 10th) or $60 (After October 10th)
NON AIMS Members: $100 (through October 10th) or $110 (After October 10th)

Please note that NO REFUNDS will be issued for cancellations for this class after October 14th.
