On the day of the fair, registration starts at 8:30 a.m. and the program begins promptly at 9:00 a.m.  Participants should plan    to bring hard copies of their resume to the event but can also upload their resumes to their AIMS account at any time.

Job Fair Candidates

Please Note: Registrations should be completed with resumes. No faxes or emails accepted.


All those planning to pre-register for this event will be listed on the "job candidate list" provided to AIMS schools participating. 

Candidates should plan to register online by February 19th! 


Late/walk-in registration will be available on-site the morning of the program (8:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.).


Event information


AIMS hosts an Job Fair each year at Gilman School in Baltimore. 


This fair is intended to promote diversity in independent schools.  All prospective teacher and administrative candidates of any background and heritage are welcome to attend free of charge.


AIMS represents 122 private elementary and secondary, college preparatory schools, in Maryland and the District of Columbia.


About 25-30% of the AIMS Schools participate in the Job Fair each year. Current job openings can be found in the AIMS Career Center under job search.


A complete list of job openings will be available at the Job Fair and representatives from a portion of the AIMS schools will be on hand to meet and discuss the jobs with candidates attending the program. 


AIMS Member Schools do not discriminate on the basis of race, religious creed, ancestry, sex, national origin, or handicapped status in violation of existing state or federal law or regulation. 


A list of the AIMS member school participating this year will be made available in early February.
