Compliance Session 1: New Administration: Changes in Legislation?
With a new President in office we are expecting to see changes in the Affordable Care Act (ACA), leave policies, and overtime rule, just to name a few. EBS is pleased to welcome back Jill Brooking, Vice President of Benefits Compliance at National Financial Partners (NFP), for a discussion on possible changes to the law, the potential timing of those changes, how the changes would impact employers providing group health plans and the chances of those changes actually happening.
