Audience: Personnel who utilize data from google analytics tracking to make decisions regarding marketing strategy and consumer profiling-
Training Focus: Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Webmasters Tools, Creating Customer Personas-
Goals: Participants will be able to analyze the data gathered from Google Analytic sin order to make meaningful changes and gain insights into their business and audience-
Engagement: Best practices will be modeled to participants, subsequently the group will make changes to their institution’s Google Analytics accounts and receive direct support from the instructor with regards to strategies moving forward specific to their institution’s points of weakness and desired outcomes-
Timeframe: 3 hour session
Objectives- Understand patterns and trends in the institution’s Google Analytics data- Clean up Google Analytics data for clearer + more consistent data- Identify key metrics for growth goals using Google Analytics- Set up goals and great funnels for tracking conversions- Create data-driven customer personas and corresponding trackable landing pages- Use supplemental tools and apps to enhance the company’s Google Analytics data
Materials Required- Google Analytics account information + logins- Sample data can be provided, but the workshop will be more beneficial and personalized if the institution’s data is utilized
Prerequisites- Basic understanding of Google Analytics- Basic knowledge of online web traffic concepts (bounce rate, campaigns, sessions)
