Incubators:  Extended Day and Summer Camps as Innovation Opportunities

One of the most innovative ways independent schools are extending and expanding their resources is through extended day and summer programs. Find out how two schools are using extended day and summer camp environments to pilot innovative curriculum and engage in hands-on professional development.

While extended day and summer camp directors are encouraged to attend, Curriculum Coordinators as well as Division Directors are especially welcome.  This program explores how out-of-school time hours can be used as an incubator for innovative teaching and learning practices throughout the day and year.

Participants will leave with a framework to implement similar programs at their schools.
