Break Out Session Options
Circuits (1 hour) - This is an elementary and middle school option that introduces teachers to circuits and circuitry
tools through a fun activity. Learn the basic physics behind electricity and magnetism and see how it can fit into a
classroom context.

3D Design (1 hour) - This is an elementary and middle school option that introduces teachers to TinkerCAD and the
world of 3D Design. Learn how students can communicate in 3D and how it can fit into a classroom context.

Design & Engineering (2 hours) - This is a middle and upper level design skills class that goes through the process of
taking a design in your head from a concept to a physical model. This class is directly related to the Invention
Basecamp we offer for the Invent The Future Challenge. This challenge is open to all middle schoolers in the area
to participate in. You will learn how to use wood fabrication tools and build a sculpture that represents you or
something that you are interested in.

Electronics & Coding (2 hours) - This is a middle and upper level design skills class that teaches the process of
coding and shows teachers how to impart this new language to students. This class is directly related to the
Invention Basecamp we offer for the Invent The Future Challenge. This challenge is open to all middle schoolers in
