For once you don’t have to organize anything, just show up in comfortable clothes, be ready to learn, take care of yourself, and network. At this learning retreat we will address managing work and relationships, answer the questions important to you, share techniques to care for yourself during your busy workday, and provide networking time with your colleagues at other schools. Participants will leave with specific strategies to be implemented immediately, techniques for self-care, and a new network/friends.

8:30     Breakfast and Check-in

9:00     Keynote:  Communication Across Generations

10:15   Challenging Conversation Skill Building:  Responding to Parents, Peers and Supervisors

11:15   Round-table Discussions:  Bring Questions to Get and Give Advice from Peers

12:15   Lunch and networking

1:00     Breakout sessions: 

                     Productivity "Hacks"

                     Collaborative Visioning and Goal-Setting

                     Administrative Professional's Role in Crisis Response

2:00     Closing Remarks & Activity

AIMS Members: $150 (through January 26th) or $175 (After January 26th)
NON AIMS Members: $175 (through January 26th) or $200 (After January 26th)

Presenter Info: Back for our second successful year, Brooke Carroll and Jen Cort will be helming our adventure, with a little help from some long-serving Heads' Assistants and one "special appearance."
